ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of three to six business days if the merchandise is in stock. The shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

All custom-made items are made to order. Time of completion will vary depending on each individual order. An estimate timeline for orders are as follows:

Ready to wear order: processed and ready for shipment within 5 business days.

Custom made AO DAI (traditional Vietnamese gown) : 2-4 weeks for completion before shipment

Custom even gowns and cocktail dresses: 3-5 weeks for completion before shipment

Custom bridal gown: 3 months+ for completion before shipment

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed on our website we allow up to one business day to change, modify, or cancel your order. Please contact us within the one business day at shop_thainguyencollections.com or phone at 714-766-4370 to do so. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to exchange a ready to wear item.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of California where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.

By purchasing goods from Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of California. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC. arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Orange County, California and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the domestic United States.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. Orders cannot be shipped COD.

All shipments within the domestic US are shipped via UPS or USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to five business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS priority). Orders are processed and delivered Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general orders placed will be processed within five business days. Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Fees within Domestic U.S

$15-$20: Ground/Priority

$25-$35: 2 Day Air/Express

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been shipped, which will include the tracking number of your shipment. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to shop_thainguyencollections.com or phone at 714-766-4370.

Ground Delivery

All ground orders should arrive in approximately three to seven business days after shipping.

2nd Day Delivery

Your order should arrive in two business days after shipping. Please note 2nd day orders placed on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed Tuesday and should arrive in two business days after shipping.

Insurance

Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery by Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom orders. For ready to wear orders, Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC will allow a one time exchange of same style for different size based on availability. All exchanges must be made within 14 days from date of original purchase and must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Slip. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Please note we are unable to accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

All tags, including the price tag must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns/exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Thai Nguyen Couture, LLC does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Thai Nguyen Coutures sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
